We are thrilled to be hosting The Bluegrass Grill & Bakery for a Breakfast Pop-Up at The Summit on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am – 12 noon.  We are currently only seating tables on The Summit Deck.  We will work off of a first come, first served basis.  The Bluegrass Grill & Bakery will also be taking orders for Curbside Pickup.  You can order here.

  • Precautions you can expect from our staff:
    • We are requiring all employees to wear face coverings and gloves.
    • We perform temperature checks on all staff upon arrival to work.
    • Each table will be assigned two dedicated DB staff members.  One will take orders and deliver food and beverages.  The second will clear any finished items and clean/sanitize each table and chair between use.
    • We have provided additional training to our staff on proper sanitization procedures, and how to properly use personal protective equipment
  • Sanitization – Tables and chairs will be sanitized between each seating.  Bathrooms and other high traffic areas will be limited in capacity and sanitized hourly.
  • Single Use Items – Until further notice, all food and beverage service will utilize single use dishware, cutlery, and drinkware.
  • Menus – Digital menus will be available and preferred.  Single use menus will be available to those who may need them.
  • Face Coverings – We are requiring all guests to wear face coverings when not seated at their tables.  We ask that you bring your own face covering, however please see host if in need of a face covering.

Bluegrass Menu

The Hungry Norman $15.00

Blackberry jam, goat cheese, sausage links and two eggs, Benedict style. Served with home fries and hollandaise

The Southern Belle $15.00

Smoked gouda pimento cheese, tomatoes, bacon, two eggs and jalapeño hollandaise, Benedict style. Served with home fries.

Corned Beef Hash $15.00

House made, shredded corned beef hash, sautéed with scallions and home fries and topped with Swiss cheese and one egg. Served with our famous biscuit.

Smokey Joe $12.00

English muffin sandwich with bacon jam, one egg, smoked Gouda and hollandaise. Served with home fries.

Potato Dish #3 $13.00

Chorizo, green onions, green peppers and cheddar cheese over a bed of home fries and served with a biscuit.  Add jalapeños for $1.00.

Cilantro Lime Hash $12.00

Twin Oaks tofu, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, tossed with home fries and cilantro lime sauce.  Served with a biscuit.

Mexicali Blues $15.00

Burrito with chorizo, black beans, smoked cheddar, green peppers, green onions and eggs, topped with salsa and sour cream.  Served with home fries.

Biscuits and Gravy $8.00

Two homemade biscuits with sausage gravy. $8.00. Add an egg($1.50)! Add bacon, ham or extra sausage $2.00.  Add egg $1.50.  Add cheese $1.25.

Bananas Foster Waffle $12.00

Homemade waffle with bananas sautéed in brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and bourbon, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar.

The Basics $8.00

Two eggs (any style), home fries and a biscuit. $6.00. Add bacon, ham or sausage.

The Biscuit $5.00

Egg, cheddar and meat (choice of bacon, ham or sausage) on a biscuit. Side of home fries? Add $2.00.
