Set against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Lumberjack Classic brings together some of the nation's top professional Lumberjacks and Lumberjills for an action-packed weekend of strength, speed, and precision. Friday, September 18

Kick off the weekend with the exciting 2-Jack, 1-Jill Relay Elimination, where teams race through a series of thrilling events, including:

• 16-inch butcher block seeding round

• Jack & Jill or Double Buck sawing on 20–22-inch white pine

• Hardwood butcher block chopping finale

When the competition concludes, the fun continues with Friday Night Karaoke. Enjoy award-winning Devils Backbone craft beer, great food, and an evening of music and entertainment.

Saturday, September 19

Saturday features a full day of elite individual competition with six action-packed flights showcasing:

• Single Buck

• Double Buck

• Jack & Jill

• Stock Saw

• Hot Saw

• Additional timbersports events throughout the day

Celebrate the season with our official Oktoberfest Beer Tapping as we ceremonially tap our Oktoberfest beer and raise a stein to an unforgettable weekend.

Immediately following the final competition, meet the athletes during our Athlete Meet & Greet. Take photos, collect autographs, and have your wood cookies signed before enjoying live music to close out the evening.
